CH-series mixers are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries for mixing materials, it is used for mixing primary and auxiliary materials or paste materials uniformly as per different proportion.

The part of the machine which contacts with the material is made of stainless steel, both sides of the stirring shaft are equipped with sealing devices to prevent the materials from leaking.

The stirring paddle of this machine is driven through V-belt pulleys, worm and worm gear by motor to rotate at 24r/min.

The single direction thrust ball bearings and the radial thrust ball bearings are on both sides of the stirring shaft can prevent the radius run-out caused by load effects.

When pour materials, turn on the switch, you can pour materials into mixing box at any angle.
